“Not the expected comfort apart from the essentials and a lot of annoyances”

The support and responsiveness of the staff. The region and kindness of people.

To be improved

Problems with heating, water, electricity since day 1 and for the whole stay. The screaming and stench from the pigs being slaughtered nextdoor day and night. Impossible to sleep in some of the rooms with that noise or to use the swimming pool for that matter. 1 toilet for 6 and in the one outdated bathroom. No TV, just a very small screen to be connected to personal subscriptions of some kind. And last but not least, the incredible mismanagement from Booking regarding some reimbursement due and still not done while said to be more than 3 times…
