Do not recommend this accommodation – very unpleasant experience. We were two girls staying for 5–6 days and left a deposit of €150. After we checked out, the host informed us that she would deduct €30 because we used 100 liters of water. This amount is completely unreasonable – 100 liters of water normally costs just a few cents, certainly not €30. When we politely asked about it, she simply said she wouldn’t argue with us and claimed she knows how much she pays for water, and that we used more than the “normal” amount. We were actually very careful – on the very first day, right after we got out of the shower, she already started threatening us that we would have to pay for the water, even though we were just getting ready in the bathroom. Yes, we were there for about an hour, but there were two of us, and the shower definitely wasn’t running the whole time. We were just taking turns, drying off, doing makeup – like any normal girls. After that, we were even more careful not to waste water, but still got blamed for “excessive usage.” We paid for our stay, left a deposit, and now we’re supposed to pay extra for basic things like water? This is completely unacceptable. The host was uncooperative, unpleasant, and acted very controlling from the start. Her attitude ruined the whole stay. We absolutely do not recommend this place and will never return.

Nice owner, friendly contact. The room and bath were clean. The room had it's own lock. Fast answering and helpful host. Fair pricing for the location. Very close to the soccer stadium and a mall.
