To be improved

Was asked for a deposit before hand and worried that an inventory hadn’t been completed so could have been blamed from someone previous. Deposit was sent back and no issues, but this was unsettling whilst there. WhatsApp must use AI initially because I kept getting the same response which wasn’t helpful, but eventually spoke to someone and quick response
