There was a dreadful Smell of sewage in the apartment which the landlord did try to have fixed but it came back. We had a massive cockroach in the bathroom, and our main bedroom had an open shower wash basin and toilet with no partition wall. Quite noisy. Each time the people upstairs flushed their toilet we could hear it. I will however commend the staff who were very responsive and obliging and did their best, however, we will not be returning.

“The apartment view is spectacular and location could not be better.”

The best

Location, Location, Location. We wanted to be near the beach and the marina and this apartment really delivered. We were on the 13th Floor and from the balcony we have a full view of the beach on one side and the beautiful Marina on the other It was spectacular. We were travelling with our children and grandchildren and all 9 of us had more than enough room in the apartment. We were minutes from the beach

To be improved

We would have liked a way to lock the balcony door as we had children with us - however we were just very vigilant and made sure they were never near the balcony and always an adult in the room. A lock would have given us more peace of mind but did not take away from our time there.

“Nothing exclusive about this apartment”

Then only thing that was good was the central location

The apartment is dated and looking in need of some works being done to it The toilets and drains smelt bad and the hot water was only warm and not hot enough for a bath or a decent shower paint work is looking tired and the two bathroom doors don’t close properly due to the being in such bad condition The kettle didn’t work and a number of broken or loose floor tiles through out the apartment The beds were not comfortable at all and the power socket on the balcony is broken and dangerous and as for communication with the staff of the rental, I eventually had to turn my phone off because for a two day stay I was being inundated with messages about the checkout times and what I should be doing when checking out literally within hours of my arrival it felt a little bit like Big Brother so overall not a good experience and really not as seen on the Booking.com website in summary it was likewalking into an old dated IKEA storeroom with either old tatty or broken fixtures and fittings nothing exclusive about it
