The best

The location was well connected to city centre. The circular C2 bus stop is right outside the building. The owners were responsive, they tried to quickly respond and address the issues we found.

To be improved

The mattress in master bedroom was very hard and small, not for 2 people. The second room had two single beds, which made creaking noise while turning. One mattress was quickly replaced by owner, still the bed creaking disturbed sleep. The mixer of hot and cold water did not work properly in bathroom faucets. The minute you try to adjust the temperature from hot to medium, it goes cold. You have to switch off the waterflow and readjust waiting for few minutes during your shower which is not pleasant. Basic things like cleaning products, saucepan were missing which were provided when asked. The dishwasher is soo old that all the markings have vanished. Had to keep reaching out to the company for small things which could have been checked before hand.
