I didn't like the charge of €89:00 for after 8:00pm arrival to collect a key! The key was a code and was sent by text so not being handed over?

They asked for a deposit of 450 euros , which ruined my stay! I find this very abusive! The washing machine was broken, I contacted themvia Whatsapp , they sent someone to fix it(just told us the time, did not ask if we were available or not we were just forced to take the time they gave us !The man said the washing machine is partially STILL not working and if it breaks down again to contact the same number we contacted intially. This time NO ONE REPLIED,we were completely ignored! We had to take the water out of the machine to take our clothes out and considering it was a long stay this was an inconvinience for us since our clothes stayed dirty and wasted a lot of time. had to pay to wash our clothes in a laundry etc.!I think we are entitled to a partial refund for lack of facility that was listed ,but was not available. The upper window could not be covered with anything so there was too much light in the morning.Normally in Spain there is something you can cover the windows with if you want to. At least it was quitet and clean.There are a lot of rules that you must read very careful before booking this property as they have a huge list of surcharges that could occur for so many reasons, making booking this property very stresfull to book. make sure you read EVERYHTING CAREFULLY before you book.
