“Bad experience- App very dirty and smelly”

The room had no windows to the exterior. Intense smell of damp in the room and in the entrance of the building. Only one set of towels for the full stay- not even hand towels were available. The carpet in the bathroom was very dirty and the bathroom floor was black (we had to clean with alcohol and the cleaning paper was black). The air-conditioning was not working properly- was not cooling down, and was constantly switching off. Bedsheets very short for the mattress. Sofa in the room with several spots of dirt

We had a wonderful stay. I saw some negative reviews here on booking, but the apartment is clean and modern. It is a perfect place to stay for your citytrip. The location was super. It was quiet even though it is in the middle of the city centre. We loved the huge bed and it was very comfortable to be able to watch Netflix from the bed Nice kitchen. Also modern. It had everything we needed. We did ate out a lot but for making a quick lunch, or to bake an egg it was great. Key pick up went smoothly. We had a late flight but we could pick them up at a key drop box which was near train station Centro Alameda.
