“Secure apartment in excellent location”
The best

The property's location is excellent, with easy access to the city centre. Secure parking is just around the corner in a private parking garage. The apartment felt very safe as it was located on the far side of an internal courtyard and you first needed a key to access the courtyard, and then the key to access the actual apartment. The windows opened to the internal courtyard and there were security shutters as well. It is equipped as detailed in the description.

To be improved

There are a few things that could easily be remedied to allow this property to go from a good rating to an excellent one, with just a bit of attention to detail: I had to ask the host for check-in details the day before arrival (and, to be fair, he did respond promptly with the instructions when contacted); the dishes were not washed properly from the last guests; and the broom and dustpan needed cleaning as they were full of dust, as was the power board.
