- Toilet seat was broken. Even though we reported it on the first day it didn't get fixed during our stay - The pictures are misleading. Apparently there are 2 apartments, a studio and two bedrooms one next to each other. I think that it would be so much cleaner to list them separately for people to know 100% what they are booking

Owner blantantly lied about the accommodations, relayed that there was a separate bedroom and there was none. The living room had a small fold out bed and a regular bed in it. No sofa as was shown in the profile photos. Hot water kettle had a brown liquid present. Worse than a college dorm room.

There was a strange abstergent smell that didn’t pass over even after airing almost the whole time.

The second bed is not so comfortable and it was in bad condition

Here is the list of things I didn’t find appropriate: 1. The fold in bed was laying on a metal construction that was broken long before, so it basically limits your movement while sleeping. 2. Bed besides that one was a proper single person bed, I felt like it was a bit tight for two persons. 3. There was no 2 separate bedrooms, I didn’t get the apartment that was photographed at the booking ad. 4. We got two sets of towels (4 total) for SEVEN NIGHTS and THREE PERSONS. 5. The owner left one toilet paper roll, no basic seasoning (salt, sugar). 6. Transportation was offered from the airport as included and there was nothing to it when we asked the manager. 7. Worst of all, there was a lack of feedback from the manager (Mr. Paco) himself when we asked for a repair of the fold in bed. Also, I asked for a one more set of towels, no response, two times that is. I think that is quite essential. 8. There was a feeling that the dining table is not for this size of apartment, it’s a huge size round table with 4 chairs obstructing the room.

I booked the 2 bedroom apartment which is next to studio. It was extremely cold in there. The beds were not comfortable at all, one of the mattresses was hollow and the 2nd bedroom had mold in it we were getting a bit sick from that because we only saw how bad the mold is days later. The place is not as spacioud. Bed sheets had stains. Curtains need fixing. Ventilation in the place is not good.
