I liked the location. It is near the centre but still in the peaceful and quiet street.

To be improved

It is difficult to find the car parking place near the property. Some devices and things don't work well, for example, hair dryer doesn't blow well, bed mattress is quite noisy.

The roof top terrace and the relatively close distance to the inner city. Also the existence of the dish washer and washing machine was helpful in order to travel with light luggage. The bathroom is in a well kept shape. Also the high data rate internet access is in combination w/ an existing high resolution smart TV very valuable.

To be improved

The actual state does not fully represent the pictures any more. The equipment of the roof top terrace is partially in bad shape, e.g. the umbrella is unusable (defect + foot does not fits) and the sun loungers need to be exchanged, too. Though there’s a shower on the terrace, it’s even worse/ closed hose permanently leaking. The bed is for longer stays unacceptable since it deforms in the middle when laying inside with two people. In addition the kitchen facilities are not usable to cook dinners, since there’s only cheap camping cooking pots w/o handles and not even a frying pan available; this method not our expectations for an equipped kitchen and be self sufficient.
