The best

The apartmemt was the same as advertised. Location was fantastic and noise free from the busy streets. It had everthing we needed and served its purpose during our 6-day stay.

To be improved

The electronic key worked fine except for the one time it had a glitch that we were locked outside of our apartment. Turns out the system was out but it was fixed within 40 minutes (make sure you take the physical keys hanging on the hook with you all the time). As for communication, we sent two messages asking about a late check out(for an extra hour) which weren't replied to, So we assumed it was OK to check out late but when we got back from brunch at 12.20, the cleaner was already in meaning we couldn't leave at our own pace. Before we even picked up our packed bags that we put aside earlier, the cleamer was moving things around and slammed the door after us.

Communication was superb! Before, during and after. It seems that the property owners were available 24/7 which was impeccable customer service. I needed help at 2am for an early flight, and Antonio responded right away. The options of getting into the property either remotely by the owners, virtually by app and actual keys were very helpful. Owners were very accommodating in having to leave our luggage before check in time. As travellers, we experience a number of stressful situations, having kind and accommodating lodging is very much appreciated. Place was also very inviting, clean and comfortable. Center of old town. There is parking across the building for those with a vehicle.

Incredible location in the heart of the heart of Malaga Had everything we needed and nicely appointed throughout.

To be improved

Had a spot of difficulty with the very secure door and lock system however the owner actually took the time to come over and help us out. Antonio is a superstar and Superhost.
