Very bad service, they left me on seen and didnt answer me on the day of my check in, then forced me to pay 100 euro in order to send me the check in instructions, which i refused to give, so they just cancelled my reservation and left me in the street and stated it as not showing up when in reality they simply just tried to scam me

I had still not received the code to enter the building over an hour after the booking was confirmed at which point I was forced to give up and find other accommodation. had to pay 100 euro deposit and complete additional check inform repeating information already collected by Booking.com.

The place is filthy and it looks like they don't clean it after guests leave. It's simple, the bedsheets were nasty (I think they weren't even changed), the sink and other things were nasty and in general it looks like after some guests leave, they just tidy things up and not clean anything. On the balcony the windows were broken and had visible cracks. The coffee machine looks like it was used 5min before we came in and I could go on and on. Also, you need to pay a security deposit of 100 eur per apartment, which then they return. They say they will return in maximum 2 weeks but in reality it's closer to 3/4 weeks. If the management of the apartment decided to clean the apartments, change the beedsheets etc. this apartment would easily get a much better review, but it looks like they don't care. I would love to rate it higher, but can't because I barely slept because I didn't want to touch the nasty bedsheets etc.

should have read reviews first horrible stay horrible service as the pictures show door handle not properly installed same with kitchen faucet glass ware unusable double bed is nothing but a cheap double cot from second store electric sockets either no power to them or so high you can not reach them walls unfinished in some spots and again must be a second hand front room suite stains on all cushions took 21 days to get refund on deposit they required 24 hours in advance of arrival don't ever ever stay here

the beds were terrible. Even when I touch the bed, there comes out a loud noise. They were very old and uncomfortable.

Broken dirty dusty flat, bedding was not clean, looks like has been used before, full of someone's hairs all over bedding. Leaking sink in the bathroom with broken shower. Bed was not suitable for sleeping at all worse then hammock. Was waiting a month to get deposit 100£ back. The area looked not very safe
