The apartment is spacious, large, and clean. However, the sofa bed in the living room is uncomfortable. There were no proper sleeping pillows provided for the sofa bed, so two people had to sleep on hard decorative cushions, which are not meant for sleeping. These cushions were dirty and stained, likely from previous guests. The bathroom has a bathtub, but it was unusable as there was no plug to fill it. The bed in the bedroom is small but acceptable. The kitchen is nice but lacks sufficient equipment. The drying rack is of poor quality and too small. The washing machine works well. The garage is terrible — extremely narrow, with a parking space so tight that it's impossible for the driver to get out of the car. Entering and exiting the garage is a real challenge due to the narrow and sloped layout. We feel disappointed for having paid extra for such a poor parking option. Communication with the hosts was also quite inflexible.

There was literally no communication from the host. No check-in instructions, no reply to messages, no support whatsoever. I was left outside the building not knowing if I had been scammed. It felt like the host had vanished into thin air. This was one of the most stressful travel experiences I’ve ever had. Traveling should never feel this uncertain or unsafe. If you value your time, sanity, or even basic hospitality, stay somewhere else. This listing shouldn’t even be allowed on the platform.

It is the only holiday structure I’ve booked by Booking or Airbnb that ever asked me a deposit. Two weeks to refund the deposit is too much.

Poor communication causing unnecessary stress Issue with the bathroom door lock caused extreme anxiety. Kettle is totally unsafe to use as it does not switch off and the handle too hot to pick up. It should be replaced Pans and frying pan too rusty and not clean, would not dare use. Green cutter extremely rusty and should be removed from the the very basic cutlery set! Table mats dirty underneath and frayed, should be replaced. Coffee in the jar was solid as very old and should have been thrown away. The plug-in air freshener near the bathroom door smelt nice only to discover that it was used to mask the nasty smell emanating from the bathroom draining system.
