“Closed and didn't tell us!”
The best

Booked through Opodo and a couple of days before travelling, when I couldn't get through to anybody, they advised Opodo that they were being refurbished and weren't open! Still waiting for a refund after having to book elsewhere. Be very careful when booking via a 3rd party

“Great location and nice apartment”
The best

Great location in the old town of Malaga. Apartment was a bit small but functional for our one week visit. Kitchen included everything we needed. There were no keys used, locks worked with codes. Company staff answered quickly to our questions before the trip.

“Central, but small and very noisy”
The best

The apartment is located on the edge of the "Old Town", very convenient to attractions and restaurants/bars. The room (a superior studio) was clean and bright, but extremely small. Although there was a small wardrobe, apart from that there was nowhere to put the rest of our clothes and suitcases. This lead to a reduction in the already limited space. The bed was comfortable and the appliances worked. The bathroom is also very compact and the apartment lacks a full length mirror. I would suggest it is more suitable for single occupancy. Now the BIG issue! The Old Town is scattered with restaurants and bars, so noise is always going to be an issue. But there is a bar located on the ground floor of this building, and it's a very popular late night drinking spot. As the bar is so small, many drink on the street, and the noise carries. I believe it officially closes at 2am, but on our first night of broken sleep there was still shouting and singing till after 5am. This late closing pattern continued for our stay, till 3-4am every night. Even with earplugs in, I was woken by the noise many times, every night. Do your homework better than me, and find yourself somewhere without a late night bar downstairs. Not all halfway lights worked, one stair was dangerously loose, and it's one of the only places I've stayed where I've been asked to take out all the rubbish even though a cleaning fee was charged. Great price for location, but comes at a cost. You decide if it's for you.

“Very small apartment 101. But nicely located”
The best

The place is centrally located. Just 6-7 minutes away. The building is old, but well kept and renewed. The apartment 101 (where I stayed) has a small standing balcony. It was renewed as well and nicely furnitured. No keys, only codes. This make it easy for the check in as well as for the stay, so you don’t need to walk around with the house keys. Valerie from the booking is very kind and very quick in replying. However, the apartment was extremely small. It is meant for one person to live in, but the small size overpasses all my imagination. There is no bed, but a sofa bed. Once you open it, you cannot move around the living room , as the length of the open bed is just 15-20 cm shorter than the length of the wall. The bathroom has a funny smell, even after pouring water in the plumbs.

“A cute place on Malaga roofs”
The best

We stayed in the apartment at the third floor, with a great view on the roofs of a quiet and sweet street so that we enjoyed our lunches looking at the Cathedral Bell Tower while the sun was shining through the opens windows (at Christmas!!!!). The apartment is perfectly located, just 5 minutes walk far from the Cathedral and the main locals. As for the flat, it's really confortable, small but very cute, it's an automated home totally provided with everything you could need like WiFi, netflix connection, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, and of course a completely furnished kitchen that allows you to enjoy also some romantic dinners glancing at the sunset. Eventually, as for the communication, we kept in touch by WhatsApp, we received perfect information to get to the house and be welcomed there. What's more Valerie was always available to answer our questions and to give us advices and suggestions, even at Christmas!!!

“2 night stay”
The best

Stayed here 2 nights very modern apartment all contact was through WhatsApp after booking on booking.com which was fine they messaged as the code to get in and get the key and recommended restaurants and any questions you have will promptly answered.it is in the old town and is about 10 minutes from the port bus stop. There was a mezzanine bed with automatic stair case but we decided to use the sofa bed as we felt it dangerous when drinking for me a built in staircase would fell safer but the sofa bed was fantastic and comfy. It is on a corner of the old town and it quite noisy until about 2am even though it has double glazing but enjoyed the stay the only thing missing was a roof terrace which we knew it didn’t have.I enjoyed the stay here and would definitely recommend staying here
