“Lovely flat with a beautifil terrace”

We were very satisfied with the apartment. Went as a family with small kids, I have to say that the apartment is not so much suitable for kids (there are very steep iron stairs, top floor is whole open and there is only wooden “floor” etc.) but we expect it and managed it:) Definitely recommend for the pair, the terrace is beautiful😍 we loved the apartment. And the building as well. The staff was nice and always helpful on the phone. Great service!

To be improved

There is a noise from the street , but even kids survived:) so we were not so much concerned about it:) the top floor is really just made from wooden beams so you can hear everything, the toilet does not have a door etc. but as a family again, we were noc concerned. :)

The best

This is a well-equipped loft with nice decoration and an interesting use of the space. The terrace is nice, too. It is very well located in the city-centre. The support staff is effective, even if there is no face-to-face contact.

To be improved

It seems that functional details were sacrificed at the expense of aesthetics. The toilet is awful for those who appreciate privacy (my case), there is a lack of electrical sockets in the bedroom area and only one (very small) bedside table. The whole loft becomes too bright very early in the morning.

Having to go to a separate portal to pay the deposit (happy to pay a deposit) was a bit difficult and there were all sorts of issues with the bank card verification using this 3rd party payment thing - I'm sure this is common with international visitors and yeah this was the only issue - could be done better.

I asked for a blanket and got none. The neighborhood is extremely loud, even at night. The apartment has a funny smell, which is solved by opening the windows.

Centrally placed near to Plaza Merced. Very clean and all the things you need are in the flat. We used the flat as a base for exploring Malaga and other towns.
