A very comfortable apartment in a convenient location. The staff go are super friendly! You can really feel that they care about their guests — it made our stay even more special. We highly recommend it!

Very good location in local district, close to shops, and not far from old town and public transportation

To be improved

Dishwasher was leaking and we could not used that. Our host was informed about that on 3rd day of our stay, but it wasn't fixed until the end of our holiday (12 days). It seems to be longer issue as floor condition around dishwasher suggests it could be leaking earlier too.

The best

Great location, the center of the city is really close. There are three bigger grocery stores (Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona) nearby. The apartment is facing a really small street, so it was rather peaceful.

To be improved

When I arrived, nobody was there greeting us or answered the phone. When we finally got into the apartment, there was someone giving the keys who did not speak a word of English + the crib was broken (which later turned out was just badly put together). I was staying in the apartment with my 2-year old for a month, and there was no vacuum cleaner or broom to sweep the floors, no extra bed linen or towels, not to mention garbage bags, toilet paper, shampoo (that was promised in the description). Everything was set up for a couple of days stay, not for a month long stay. So had a bit of a shaky start. When I pointed those things out, the host replied that we are going to have a cleaner in the middle of our stay (which was not brought up before) to take care of those issues. I don't know if it's just me and my standards, but I still feel like a standard should be a set of bed linen for a week + a vacuum cleaner/broom should be a must... So did not feel like a best and most convenient stay unfortunately.

“A bit noisy flat but still good value”

It is very close to the center and ok a short stay. Towels were quite nice. People are so helpful.

To be improved

The door of the Car parking is a bit old fashioned. The apartment is a bit noisy and so the area, particularly the construction works nearby starts too early.
