Oh, where should I begin? A) deposit for broken stuff. Absolutely normal thing but if you saw the state of apartment you’d understand me. EvErYtHiNg was about to get its last drop to get broken, literally everything: curtain rode which was holding on my faith to Jesus, shower head holder about to fall out, sofa on which you had a sit and it was unstable up to the point of almost breaking not to mention HUGE hole on it, fragile chairs and doors and list can go on. It seemed like they wanted us to break that fully to get money from us B) hypocrisy, we were kindly asked to wash dishes after ourselves but we had no dishwashing detergent and no even toilet paper. If you never saw the accommodation without toilet paper - book this one, you’ll find out how it is C) the accommodation is in 25 minutes walk from a place where you pick up keys, so get ready to book a taxi, from the pick up point or walk with your luggages D) mokka pot doesn’t equal coffee machine (and don’t forget to buy a coffee for it yourself) as well as trash bags, toilet paper, ofc shampoo/shower gel or basic soap were not included E) in the app the check out time was CLEARLY written 12:00, by 11am we had cleaning ladies standing in front of our doors, screaming at us for not having left an apartment before. Overall I put it 4/10 for location. The rest is left for you to judge. Never booking again.
