“Not impressed”
Good location not far to walk to the beach or catch a bus to the city centre.
Had difficulty getting in, key code didn't work & had to wait until a resident entered the building. Walls were covered in marks, both lamps had been smashed & stuck back together with sticky tape. Not one bowl provided & kitchen utensils damaged & reason we stayed here so we could prepare own meals. When booking you are warned if don't pay extra insurance will lose security deposit taken 7 days before on top of accommodation price if there is even a scratch. This is laughable considering condition of the property. So I made sure they knew about damage found on arrival & sent numerous photos. They didn't care, just messaged thanks for letting us know. No offer to provide bowls & didn't hear anything more from them.

COCKROACHES!!!!!! 🦗🦗🤮 DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!🚫🚫🚫 Cockroaches everywhere! On the sofa, the bed, the kitchen counter, dining table, and walls. Also, we found cockroaches in the bathroom and in the cupboards on the plates and cups. We kept our food in the fridge to protect it from them, but then a cockroach and also a larva appeared in the fridge too. These cockroaches fall under the category of pest, as they spread various diseases that are dangerous for humans. They usually appear in unsanitary places. We contacted the customer service and also the owner of the apartment on the first day, shortly after our arrival when we started noticing the first few cockroaches. The customer service said that they will also contact the owner, who should respond to us within the next 12 hours. We could barely get any sleep in that place, but we waited. The next day there was no response from the owner. We called customer service again, and they told us that we will have to wait for 48 hours now to see what solution the property can provide. After waiting for 48 hours, still we didn't get any response. Our entire stay was ruined by then. After that, by the time we already sent a lot of messages and made a lot of phone calls each day, we requested a manager, but the representative hung up on us. We called back but they hung up on us again. This happened also the next day. In the end, we just gave up and persevered, trying not to spend any time in our accomodation, which we paid for, except for taking a quick shower and sleeping after we used a spray to at least kill some of the cockroaches. We stayed there for around a week. Even when we left, there were many cockroaches, and we did not get any kind of response, let alone a solution. One last thing is that they also did not have the necessary toiletries even though it was advertised, and even the customer service representatives confirmed that we should have them.

Apartament was very nice, cozy. With heater/conditioner. Great location. Near all buses, train station, sea isnt far. Tgere was problem with doors when checked in. Doors wouldnt open. It was sunday and locksmith cane pretty fast and opened/fixed doors! Operative service, great. Would recommend to stay for viiting Malaga.

It's been almost 3 weeks since the departure date, and I still haven't received the 150 euro deposit back. I sent the deposit through international transfers and, accordingly, the funds should have been returned to me in the same way. I provided my bank details to the landlord and repeatedly wrote that I had not received the funds, in response they wrote that they would check and that was the end of it (((
