The key to the door was very temperamental, we couldn't get the key out of the lock on the first night so had to leave it in all night. Called the next day and hosts were very helpful though. You also have to collect the key from another location so bear that in mind for your travel plans.

The patio area wasn't cleaned and did so ourselves. Broken wooden furniture left and lots of bird shit from a bird nest from the roof, all over the patio area. Fly door from the exit to the patio was very dangerous and cut my finger badly. The pool wasn't cleaned in the 10 days we were there. There was lots of debris at the bottom of the pool that wasn't cleaned or removed in the 10 days. Maintenance guy was about to water the plants and put lots of powder into the pool water. However the bits were not removed at the bottom of the pool the whole time. The pool patio area wasn't cleaned well either. The oven kept tripping the electrical box so we stopped using. Tried to call the management team but the message was in Spanish only and had not an idea to contact other than going to the office. There was no information pack for using the tv, waste etc. We had to figure it out for ourselves. We had a checkout time for 11am but the housekeeper was there for 10.20am and stayed at the door for us to leave.

The furniture is quite old, uncomfortable beds and pillows and the water coming from the shower is very hot or very cold (nothing in between).
