The best

The apartment itself was lovely. Very clean and tidy and had everything you could need. Cutlery, glasses, plates, fridge freezer, microwave, washer, dishwasher etc. Towels and beds were lovely and clean. WiFi code is clearly marked in numerous places. Bathrooms super clean which soap and loo rolls. Cupboard down the hall had and ironing board, airer, mop and buckets. Hangers in all wardrobes with plenty of storage. All in all very happy with the apartment. The pool was nice and clean and private, the kids thoroughly enjoyed using that. Very close to beach front, restaurants and the local supermarket too.

To be improved

We stayed for 10 days and had no hot water. With a fanily of 5 it wasnt ideal having to wash the dishes with cold soap and shower the kids in cold water! I report of the first day and had a reply to report, after 6 days I reported again and was told it had been reported. I appreciate things cant happen at the drop of a hat but we were really disappointed it wasnt resolved within 10 days of being there. Luckily my parents were staying up the road in a hotel so we used their shower a few times. The apartment is on the corner of a super busy crossroads that never sleeps so the noise of traffic at night time is very loud. We had a really loud group of girls staying above us too that liked to move furniture around at 3am which wasnt ideal.

Mold on the wall,we wasn't able to close the door of toilet,ants in the kitchen, washing machine doesn't work.

The best

Apartment was lovely & clean. Loved having 2 bathrooms. Beds comfy , nice to have towels, shampoo & soap etc. Coffee, sugar complimentary aswell. Just up the road from the beach & promenade, so restaurants, shops nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Pillows were uncomfortable, too hard But apart from that nothing else we didn't like
