location was amazing. it was amazing view from balcony! you can see sunrise in the morning.. I was worried that if facility is bad based from reviews. it was alright for me. small things here and there were broken and aged indeed but it wasn't a big problem for me. maybe the problem was that while there are small things broken here and there, since you are taking safety deposit, I was worried if they will accuse me of something that was already broken. if you want to hold a safety deposit, maybe make sure to fix all small defects so visitors can just stay without worrying those things.

what was inconvenient was there were a small whole in the basin. so water would leak while you brush your teeth, wash your face.. also there were random yet consistent machine noise from the building constantly. my sister wasn't bothered and in the end it fades away to the background sound but if you are very sensitive with hearing.. hmm..

“Gorgeous flat, please simplify access procedure”

The location and the decor. The bed was very comfortable. Beautiful artwork on the wall Good kitchen facilities Really enjoyed swimming off the beach opposite and getting back to the room so quickly

The access instructions relied on apps that didn't work on my phone. But the host allowed me to send ID details manually and I managed to get into the main entrance to the house through a neighbour then I could use the code for the key access so it was ok. I was worried before I arrived though. It was difficult getting out of the shower due to the shower screen but luckily I'm very flexible, others may struggle

Since I've paid the deposit, contact with the host was lost. When I got into the property, I found the balcony door secured with the knife. No door lock, no door handle. Just knife in the lock hole to stop the door from opening. There was 5cm gap in the door so the cold air and noise were coming into the flat. Heating was not work so 1st day we were staying in the cold wearing jackets. We lost 1st day of our holiday waiting for someone to come to fit the door lock. If I did not report the damage immediately after collecting the key and getting into the property, then I would lose my deposit. Only one set of keys for three guests staying in the flat so we couldn't split. When I reported Heating not working and asked for more keys- no one reply, no one bothered to answer the phone.
