“Spacious penthouse apartment with great sea views”

Location was great,right on seafront, with small supermarkets and restaurants, bus stops and train station nearby and a lovely sandy beach.. It had fantastic views, Ir was spacious inside,although kitchen is small. Bedrooms vary in size,. . Only criticism is that mirrors would be nice in every bedroom and a working light on balcony. Also to have 4 sunbeds as opposed to the two that were there. ( there were 4 of us) bring However, these were minor issues and we loved our time there.

The best

Communication with Amalia was great. Main bedroom was fine, but other bedrooms very small and kitchen very tiny. Furniture was dated. Balcony was great, location great.

“Great location, comfortable apartments, but awful client support and check-in troubles”

The apartment has a great location right next to the beach. Nearby there are many restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. Close to the train station. It takes about 40 minutes by train from the Malaga airport to the apartment. The apartment has a large terrace with an awesome seaside view. Here we found all the facilities for comfortable living with 5 adults and one child for 12 nights.

To be improved

Check-in problems. The first issue took place during our late check-in (after midnight). The keys were in the locker on the apartment door. However, there was no way to enter the building as there was a code door. So, despite the late night, we had to call a random apartment and kindly ask to open the door. Awful client support! Booking the apartment be ready to solve all the possible problems by yourself. There is no chance to reach the management of the apartment by the telephone number placed on the booking.com (tried 4 times, had no answer). As well as it could take days for them to respond to your text messages via booking chat. We had an accident with the water supply and we had to manage this problem by ourselves. We found the contacts of building administration in the lobby and made an appointment with the technician. Unfortunately, due to the waiting for the response it took almost 2 days to solve this problem, and all this time we had no water at all. It also would be great to have a cleaning service to change the towels and bed sheets.
