The air conditioning did not work properly, it soaked all my wives cloths in the wardrobe on the fist night, nightmare trying to get it fixed, eventually someone came out said they they fixed the issue but that night it leaked again, had to put a bucket on the floor and that's how it stayed for the rest of the stay. The electrics kept tripping and it was up to you to turn of the power and turn back on again which I felt was not right, contacted the company and they said they knew there was a problem and had contacted the owner to increase the power to the apartment, this was not communicated to me before I arrived. The company first said I was using to much power but the only thing we used was the air conditioning and washing machine. I believe the apartment should have the issues fixed before renting out again.

I couldn’t find the WiFi info and the landlord didn’t answer Communication with the renter was a bit difficult The fence on the balcony seems loose, that felt a bit unsafe.

Check-in procedure: MalagaSuite made a mess of the check-in procedure. Right after booking you get a message that the keys have to collected at a keybox located 1 km away from the apartment. When you start asking questions about this, it appears that the check-in is suddenly at the apartment building itself. When you ask for a check-in procedure they tell you that they are only willing to send the procedure on the day of arrival ! Note that there are 3 locked doors that you have to pass before entering the apartment. The apartment itself has a keybox on the door, you get a code for this box, so that's OK. For the gate door you get a link, by which you can open the gate by using that link on you mobile. But after the gate comes the entrance door of the building. And there it goes wrong, the link for the gate door is not working on the building door. So you have to wait till somebody is going in or out of the building who opens the door for you. This may take a while, especially in the winter period. When you try to call MalagaSuite (around 5 pm) they don't answer the phone, so you have to wait and wait. My advice is that MalagaSuite needs to come up with a more precise check-in procedure, one that works for all 3 doors. The procedure should be clear and be written in proper English (contrary to the current procedure).
