This place is dirty, old, and falling apart, everything is broken and hanging off the walls and rusty. There are cockroaches running in the halls and the smell is unbearable. On our 2nd night we felt we had no choice but to book somewhere else to stay, costing us a further £500. This address is currently housing immigrants, who stay awake throughout the night, coming in and out and sitting smoking at the main entrance. I felt very unsafe and eneasy being there with my daughter. As well as this, the photos of this accommodation are far from the reality of what you are getting and we were more than sad to have ended up there. But the worst part of all is the refusal from this accommodation to refund me for the 5 nights we did not stay, they in fact marked us as cancelled so that they could charge us for the whole 7 nights and prevent me from leaving a review. I instead have had to go through booking, to warn them about this address and be sent a link to leave this review, but still I will not be getting my money back. Please avoid this place at all costs. It is not the start anyone wants or needs to a holiday. Absolutely shocking.

Very small flat that doesn't fit more than two (it claims it can host 4 adults). Very uncomfortable bed - very difficult for two adults to sleep in it. No WiFi in the flat.

I kept getting messages to complete a form which I already did a few days ago. I felt uncomfortable because this form asked detained questions such as my passport number, expiry date and credit card details. So I completed the form already but kept getting messages that I had to do it, which made me feel uncomfortable about whether someone hacked into my computer. The registration process needs to be streamlined.
