“It is a very good apartment. · Cons: The manager of the property DOES NOT PROVIDE INVOICE. I am waiting for more than two weeks for the company managing these apartments to provide me the invoice (I was in a business trip) and they completely disappeared, ignoring my several requests to provide an invoice. I do not recommend this accomodation if you travelling for work!”

“If you are looking for a comfortable bed, you've just found it!”

The best

The apartment is well located, close to bus stops and the main local street with shops and restaurants. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We particularly appreciated the wide bed and the shower. Personally, I have to compliment the work of the interior architect — though I found the decorator’s touch a bit surprising :0))) The host came to greet us in person, and although he didn’t speak English, he managed very well. Everything was clear.

To be improved

It’s important to note that it’s on the ground floor, so you can hear some noise from the street. However, the host did everything possible to block it out — we especially appreciated the exterior blinds with interlocking slats. I did not like using the external platforms for sharing my personal and banking data.

“Good stay for couples”

The best

The flat was clean, beautifully decorated and provided all we needed. Great for couples and good amenities (kitchen, bathroom, gaming, smart TV). Well connected to buses and metro into the city. The flat was a little bit hard to find at first and unfortunately the host didn't respond to calls or messages. It was quite loud during the night and there were also works going on in the daytime. Of course this can't be helped by the host, but the flat does not block out outside noises. Maybe invest in more noise cancelling :)

“It would be perfect shall it be cleaned”

The best

The location was very close to the train and bus station and there are plenty of shops nearby. There was a lot of space and the bed was hard enough to get a good sleep. Bonus there was a smart tv and fast WiFi connection.

To be improved

Despite having plates, forks, glasses etc, they were very dirty. It was disgusting and we could eat from them so we had to buy plastic ones. Unfortunately it felt like it wasn’t cleaned at all. There were very dirty floors and dust everywhere. Should it be clean I would give it a 9, but this drags it to a 6. Also, there was very poor sound isolation and you could hear everything in the street as if you slept outside. There is a construction site right next to the property and we saw outside twice a rat running on the street. Be careful when taking a shower, there is a water heater and you could remain with no hot water if you are 2 people.
