MalagaSuite La Nogalera Apartments

Comfortable and central but little basic. Had to buy a few utensils for the kitchen.

For a flat, there are too few kitchen utensils.

Few things missing in the apartment..

- staff unresponsive and not trained; they shouldn't be in the hospitality sector - at least not in short term rentals: poor English, no procedures, not reachable over the phone in case of issues, etc - confusing check-in instructions: though I've done the check-in online I still had to go and collect the keys one kilometre away downhill (with luggage) - the first night I was disturbed twice by other guests having the same issues as I with the arrival (they thought they booked the same flat as me). - excessive cleaning fee considering the flat was full of dust - excessive deposit - considering nothing was new and high priced inside - WiFi not working for one full day and the staff didn't respond - hard bed - it's in the city centre so it may be noisy; - no basic amenities: water, coffee, oil, salt, sugar etc - hot water in the shower only works for short time.
