Avoid this property – cockroach infestation ignored by management The management is fully aware that German cockroaches have infested the building and the apartment. Despite this, my complaint was completely ignored, and I wasn’t offered an alternative until the final two days of my stay. For six nights, I had to sleep with the lights on because cockroaches were everywhere — in the furniture, kitchen, and even the bedroom. I had to throw away food and could not feel safe or comfortable at any point. This wasn’t just an inconvenience — it was a scam and a health hazard, and a deeply traumatising experience. I would never recommend this property, and I strongly advise Booking.com to reconsider its listing.

Difficulties check in/out To get the keys you should go to an office which is located not near to the apartment, I had to take a taxi to get the keys (when you do the reservation it was mentioned some one will meet you at property to let you in, after i did reservation they sent me message saying you should take the keys from another location than the apartment location) They requested to leave keys inside apartment when you check out, my flight was late, I checked out at 4 am and left the keys inside apartment as they requested, outside the building there is a fence was closed, I couldn’t go out and also couldn’t go back to the apartment,
