The property location was just perfect. A great view from the balcony

To be improved

The hosts that manage this apartment had appealing communication. I had to wait for 2.5 hours to get in to the apartment as it was late being cleaned. I then asked and asked again and again if I could possibly have a late check out to compensate for the bad start to my holiday, but my messages were just ignored!

We tried to find door 17a a few times on floor 2 but couldn’t find it, asked a local resident and they said there is NOT a door 17a!!! We wasted quite some time going up and down the lefts in over 30degrees heat with our suitcases it left us shattered! It was only by chance that we decided to tried the key in door 17 that it opened up to two other doors, however none of them had the number 17a on but we did manage to match the symbol on the photo of the door you sent to us ! So quite troublesome getting into property. This could easily be rectified !!!! No pool which would have been a huge bonus!

Great location. Comfortable apartment overall.

To be improved

Wifi unfortunately not reliable. Living room curtains quite thin, which may not be convenient if you have someone sleeping on the sofa bed. Bed mattress quite hard.
