Staff were brilliant when we had any problems, apartment was big enough for two and had everything we needed , having an oven and washing machine were great facilities as a lot of places don't provide ovens , conveniently located to the front with loads of bar restaurants cafes etc

The fact it had a washing machine which wasn't mentioned in the details

Large TV, but although a firestick was delivered, we couldn't get British TV, which wasn't good being there for 8 weeks. We planned on swimming in the pool each day but after 2 weeks it closed with no warning and we should have been told so we couldn't chosen an alternative property.
