“There's a room for improvement”

Amazing location right in front of the sea. The beach is great. A lot of nice places to eat around. Small shop right in the building. Property has free parking garage, but keep in mind that it has very narrow and very low (prob about 1.7m) entrance, so not suitable for many cars.

To be improved

The check-in experience was a nightmare. I understand that the host meant the best, but they sent me a bunch of pictures with important information through the booking website, which were not loading for me. I wish they just sent them over WhatsApp instead, because I had to poke the host few times just to understand how to get in the property and parking. All this information was in the pictures that I wasn't able to see. And the host was not really responsive and they also didn't pick up the phone, which made me very nervous. Air conditioner was faulty in a small room, not able to heat anything. Also it looked really dirty inside. Don't think it's safe to use it at all.

Had a bit of a problem getting keys. Took 30 minutes or more. Photos of where the lock box was could be better.
