Noisy hot cannot open the french doors too noisy on plaza San Miguel

The apartment is run by a company, not an individual, so if you arrive after their off hours, no one will solve any problem. In our case, on a Sunday evening, we ended up in an apartment we rented for four people that only had linens and towels for two people. That is, our kids had nothing to sleep on. The bed is unstable, shaky, in the center it was higher than at the edges, it has several legs, some of them don't touch the floor at all. When turning from side to side, it's wobbly from right to left. The mattress without springs, very thin, too soft, it is not designed even for my 60 kg. My back started to hurt a lot after the first night. The most unpleasant thing is that the company employees do not read messages in booking, and messages in WhatsApp. Only automated messages you receive there. So our problem with the linens was solved only after two nights! There is also something with the sewage in the basement, so the apartment smells badly of a wet basement. So I can't recommend this apartment

The bed was super soft and very uncomfortable. Lots of street noise. The sofa, however, was quite firm and super comfy. The toilet was constantly running, I hope that the fix that , it's simply a waste of water
