“Good Apartment, Not so Good Host!”

The location is perfect. Close to all amenities and right on the beach. The apartment had good facilities in the kitchen for self catering and had 2 bathrooms which is great when the family are getting ready to go out. The lower and upper areas of Torremolinos are easily accessible by foot and the elevator is just 5 mins walk. There were bars and restaurants outside the apartment block and the beach was lovely with very reasonably priced sunbeds on the beach.

To be improved

When communicating with the host, responses were very slow. It was unnerving on the day before leaving, not to have received confirmation of key access. They offered a taxi for a fee which I accepted but we got no instructions and on arrival at the airport there was no taxi driver with our details. After waiting 40 mins we finally just hired a taxi which was half the cost quoted. On arrival at the apartments we saw a sign at the pool that read "Pool closed until 14/6/25". For us this meant the pool that was advertised was not available for the duration of our stay. I sent a query to the host but I got no response!

“great apartment - clean and close to beach”

MalagaSuite Sol & Mar Torremolinos) and we’re extremely happy with the apartment as well as the service from MalagaSuite. 1st the apartment - 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a balcony with a view of the beach and sea. It was clean and had everything that we needed for a 3 week stay. The kitchen was fairly well equipped, washer rocked well and the bed was quite comfortable. Very secure and safe. it was great having private underground parking for our rental. MalagaSuite service - we arrived a bit earlier than checking and went to the office. We were Greeted by Amelia who checked to see if the cleaning was done. It was, so she took us to the apartment herself. When we got in, she told us that she would be coming back it’s a new microwave as the old one had died. Sure enough, in about 2 hours, she called and delivered the microwave. We had a couple of questions through the stay and our WhatsApp were answered promptly. Had such a great experience that we’ve booked again with MalagaSuites for next year!

Nothing really. It was as we expected for a rental property.
