“Dreadful place, uncomfortable, very difficult with access.”

Location was dreadful. Up a very steep narrow road with very narrow pavement s, when you got to address there was a very steep driveway with a very tight turn up a ramp which wasn't always accessible due to car parking. As Im a wheelchair users this was very diffucult. It ruined my holiday, in fact this is the worse holiday I've ever been on.

The apartment was very compact, we were with my adult daughter and husband. There bedroom was tiny with a double bed and 2 bedside cabinets. Absolutely no storage, they lived out of suitcase for 2 weejs. The slightly larger bedroom had a built in closet, one half of enriched was locked, the other side had a duvet stuffed in the bottom and a top shelf jammed full of all kinds. This was the only room with a/c. The living space was taken up by a huge sectional, which was very low to the ground.

Pool was closed for most of the week - a bit disappointing. The air conditioning was only in one of the bedrooms, was expecting the air con to be in whole apartment. Don't think the brochure was clear about this If I use this agency again I will need to ask about this to get clarification. There were no tea towels to clean the crockery, had to go and buy. There were sone ants in the cupboards and had to wash crockery first. No plug for the sink in the bathroom.
