MalagaSuite Torremolinos Seaside Penthouse

It was in need of a slight up grade and we did have to clean up a floor leak from the bin in the kitchen.

There could be a little more effort in letting guests know what to do with rubbish etc and how things work, took us a few days to figure out a few bits and pieces but generally it was fine , also getting in on the first night was a small bit of a hassle, the button we were instructed to press didn’t work so eventually we pressed for another apartment and the gate opened but pressing the one the instructions told us was a lost cause. Found no problems with the hot water like in other reviews but yes the sewerage system does stink but I think this is an issue in all older apartments maybe , it definitely needs a little updating but it was fine for our needs this visit and the space available is massive for a group

Second bathroom door did not close properly. How water was problematic. AC did not operate properly. BBQ grill was very dirty.

Going to pick the keys up in a taxi and then get another taxi to the apartment. In all the years of booking apartments on here, I have never had to do that. Both bathrooms had black mould.The ensuite bathroom had lots of black mould on it and it really put me off this apartment. A bottle of bleach would fix this. The apartment is dated, terrace furniture was worn, and some covers were ripped and stained. A wash of them would work. My friend nearly had a bad fall due to a bolt in one of the chairs being missing. The BBQ also had been used and not cleaned. I had booked this apartment for the month of November this year too and immediately cancelled it as I knew my husband wouldn't relax until the mould was gone.

A/c was controlled so we couldn’t turn it down to our own satisfaction which meant it was quite warm in the apartment.
