“Exceptional”

The best

I have to say it was a perfect place to stay, location perfect apartment was outstanding for our stay, very clean had everything we needed , washing machine, microwave, cooker, fridge, shower and bathroom was spotless , plenty of clean sheets and clean towels. Staff at the office of malaga suite are so friendly, our flight was not till evening time so Amalia was so kind to keep our luggage for the day. Would definitely recommend this place and the staff to Everyone. Regards Martina

“Fine, but in summer”

The best

The location is excellent, it is part of nice complex of tourist apartments. The facilities are fine if a little bit dated. The kitchen was well equipped for a holiday home and party of three could function well.

To be improved

There was no heating in the apartment and the A/C did not work properly to warm it up. There was an issue with the toilet flush which was fixed on day two, on their own initiative and the person calling was very kind. We did not contact them again for the heating because there was no heating equipment at all, especially problematic at the room facing north.

“Nice 2 bedroom apartment close to beach”

The best

Location very good - close to the beach and Torremolinos main shopping street San Miguel. Restaurants close. Nice small patio to have breakfast outside. Good WiFi. Comfortable beds. Clean. If we do not account the problems with deposit demanding and broken bathroom accessories, then I would recommend the apartment. Location is very good. (Must use the stairs to get to the apartment)

After booking the apartment they started to demand us to PAY DEPOSITE 150.- through third part website. We refused to pay. We could not get normal answers from Booking.com what should we do and is our booking valid. But finally we got the apartment without paying this deposit. It took a lot of nerve to exchange messages. The shower room needed a lot of repairs - no water came out of the toilet bowl, the shower head sprayed water randomly, the sink was clogged and the door handle came off. We informed the host about this, hopefully they will fix these issues. Kitchen corner very small. building, and all entrances and exits can be heard (also disturbing at night).
