“Excellent for our 4-day stay. Calm, good location. I would stay at this place again.”
The best

Comfortable and nicely decorated with enough storage surfaces. At a great location, close to the center, but still calm and quiet. Has all the necessary appliances for a longer stay, including the washing machine and microwave. Many small stores nearby. Simple (online) check-in and check-out without any in-person contact with the host. The building has an elevator.

To be improved

The shower is a bit small. There is a thick glass panel between the bathroom and the bedroom (visible in the pictures) that is partially see-through if you stand really close to it, which might be a privacy problem for some users. During my stay it was windy and in this situation, the main door clunks and makes humming noises. At first I was confused about the online check-in, since it's my first time using it, but it's actually very simple (if you have internet connection at the time you are in front of the door).
