The boiler for hot water was a pain. It was losing the flame multiple times even during showering. Moreover, the lighter was nowhere to be found and we had to go hunting for some matches late in the night.

We faced several issues during our stay: 1. Main door stuck: We were locked outside for 1 hour and 30 minutes with no help. The owner or manager was unreachable by phone or WhatsApp. Neighbors refused to assist us in opening the main door. 2. Faulty automatic code system: The apartment door showed a low battery warning all time we need to enter, and there was no backup key. We had to wait 25 minutes before we could finally get inside. 3. Poor communication: Despite multiple calls and messages, there was no quick response or support. We were told the issue was due to Wi-Fi, which is unacceptable. 4. Departure day: The cleaning staff asked us to take the trash with us, even though we had already cleaned the apartment, tidied up, washed the dishes, and left everything in good condition. However, the lack of responsiveness and organization made our stay very stressful. I do not recommend this apartment.

Water heater was not working properly and bed was not in good shape.

The water pressure in bathrooms was very low at times, especially in the evening.
