* The location was excellent, just a short walk to city centre and old town. * Our flight was delayed but staff was accommodating and waited for our arrival. * There was tea and coffee, bottled water and even a bottle of wine in the fridge which was a nice touch. * Spacious flat.

To be improved

* Noisy neighbours upstairs. Lots of loud talking Spanish. * Flat was booked for 4 people, had towels for 3. * A lightbulb was gone in one of the lamps in one of the bedrooms. And living room had poor lighting. * Pillows vere very hard and not very comfortable unfortunately. * Windows were so thin, could hear everything going on outside, hard for light sleepers. Although earplugs were provided.

Great location, and helpful staff for transfer and check in. Good space in the apartment

The pool is much smaller than shown in the pictures. The street noise made it very difficult to sleep even though they supplied ear plugs. I guess this is the downside of being central for location
