Malagueta, free parking, center & beach

Perfect location. Perfect appartment. Perfect vacation.

Everything was great, at less than 1 minute, by walking from the beach Malagueta and 10 minutes by walking from the centre where there are shopping centres and restaurants on the way. The 2 bedrooms flat is immaculate clean with a terrace and a park place for a car. Jorgio is so nice and very helpful. Certainly we will come back to spend more holidays in that beautiful city. We recommended that 2 bedrooms flat without hesitation.

Nothing it was all great. The only thing I was surprised about was that the outside area didn’t have any seating area such as table or any chairs which I presumed there would be. I believe it’s a shared area as mentioned by the owner, however only the Airbnb has access to the space so unless they abseil down I’m not sure how they could access this! Seems to be a huge wasted space which is a shame.

The apartment was clean, bright and specious with two double bedrooms, a large living area which opened onto a court yard and a decent size kitchen/diner equipped with all the facilities. The host Jose met us at the apartment to welcome us and to go through the facilities which was a nice touch. He even left a bottle of wine in the fridge. The apartment is set in a great location , 5 minute walk to the beach, with nearby restaurants, tapas bars and supermarkets. The main attractions are within walking distance and a 15 minute walk to the heart of the town through the tunnel or along the harbour.

This first floor apartment is very spacious, equipped with "everything" down to beach towels, and it is well-furnished. The location is very central, close to old town and beach, and still the apartment is totally quiet, with all windows overlooking an interior communal terrace. Jorge is very helpful and quickly responsive.
