“Location is 10/10 if you would like to enjoy beach and Marina. 15 mins walking distance to Malaga center. 4 Bedrooms and convenient for the 8 adults comfortably. New Fridge, New Dishing machine, old Washing machine, they are all functioning well. · Cons: Key pick-up locations is 25mins walking distance from apartment You pay 1000€ for a stay and no one brings you the keys. If you want someone to bring keys it is extra cost. It is strange. We requested baby crib and paid extra money for it. One very old baby crib was places without mattress. We could not use it. Consumables could be provided like washing machine & dishing machine tablets etc You just need 3-4 tablets, otherwise you need to buy 30-40 tablets to be able to use them. A/C was old, hard to feel the cooling impact. Good apartment, good location but low quality of service and attention.”

Good location, walking distance to center, close to a nice beach

To be improved

Needs a little TLC, shower water leaks out on floor, only 4 wineglasses although apartment has room/beeds for 8 people! Needs a little makeover!

“A huge apartment, in an excellent location!”

Location was incredible! Lots of space, towels, bedding. Staff have been extremely helpful when booking an organising a 1am meet for collection of keys.

To be improved

The light in the hallway that’s on a sensor, annoying when you’ve got kids and need to check them and the lights keep coming on! The shower leaked a lot, as did the kitchen sink.

“Very disappointing stay”

Needs a refurbish, one of the bathrooms is basically unusable as it is terrible smelly, seems to be a problem with the drains, sofa is dirty and the whole Apartment needs a repaint, no kettle is supplied, the windows don’t close properly leaving the apartment very cold and drafty and the temperature on the heating doesn’t work. apartment is on the 09th floor with very dodgy lifts, we got stuck in the lift during our stay, the alarm in the lift doesn’t connect to anyone, the 24 hr helpline of the agency were most unhelpful, luckily one of the residents in the apartment block got help and got us out after 1.5 hrs, waste of time contacting the agency, they don’t help with any issue. 20 Minute walk from where you pickup The keys to the property location. wouldn’t recommend this property
