Repeated Electrical Failures & Safety Violations: The house experienced multiple sudden full power outages, including during the night, leaving us without lights or functioning appliances. A technician sent by the property left the high-voltage electrical box wide open outside the house. When the power went out again, we were told to manually access and reset a 60-amp electrical circuit, which is incredibly dangerous and should never be done by untrained guests. This shows gross negligence on the part of the property management. A bird was trapped inside the ventilation pipe – Neglected Animal Welfare For over 24 hours, we heard constant cries from a bird trapped behind the wall and inside a ventilation pipe, clearly in distress. We confirmed (and recorded audio) that it was a baby bird, which had fallen into a pipe leading from the air conditioning chimney, where the mother bird had a nest. We immediately notified the owner, and politely asked them to send a professional to release the animal. They refused, claiming “they had no access,” even though it was part of their property and maintenance duty. This situation not only involved animal cruelty due to neglect, but also endangered the ventilation system and our health. Unhygienic and Unacceptable Living Conditions The interior of the property includes poorly patched walls, mysterious powder and scratching noises in the ceiling, and potential rodent presence (we heard movement and found suspicious marks and droppings). A wardrobe contained bed linens stained with black dots, possibly insect droppings or signs of pests. On arrival, part of the apartment lost power immediately and the general maintenance level of the apartment was far below expected standards. The balcony was extremely dirty, we were disgusted to sit on the chairs or the sofa, it was unusable. None of the balcony doors are isolated, there is a 1 cm hole under the door where any cockroaches and rodents can fit in.

No instructions! Eg no wifi code on display etc… also, could really be useful to just provide one small dishcloth or a little dishwasher soap ( for use in the sink) as it is hard to have those things for just a few days. Only a tiny criticism but I hope you take it in goodwill as it was a really lovely place.

The property could benefit from a few more appliances like a kettle and toaster.
