“Convenient and safe”
The best

It is a petty because the property has the full potential to be an amazing apartment. There is an on going electrical problem which the power would go off if higher voltage appliances such as the AC would go on. It didn’t work for our whole stay. Madrid is still having high temperatures and it wasn’t pleasant for my parents and my siblings. We did get a 50% refund by booking.com because of the lack of air conditioning. All in all, location is amazing and if you come with a big family it is convenient.

“Pleasant”
The best

It is a tastefully decorated Appartment in a very nice neighborhood, quite street and great amenities.

To be improved

The power cuts out a lot somehow, which is we had to reset ourselves every hour. This is very annoying. I mentioned this to the owner via text and did not even get a response, quite rude. The owner does not speak English, so everything had to go via google translate. The communication with the owner was therefore very poor, but even after reading the text, he did not respond… The Appartment is also on the ground floor and does not have any daylight which is also a downside. Overall we had a nice stay here, but for the price of the Appartment there are a lot of downsides, so I would not recommend.
