The instructions on how to get the key fob to open the gate to access the facility by car changed at the last minute and they were wrong. The only way in and out of the facility (until we complained) was by the entrance used by vehicles which was not pedestrian friendly and meant tackling a big hill and coming out a good distance from the easiest way to get to the local town. There were side gates but we were told 'we have ne keys left'? Eventually we got an access code to a combination lock gate. We had a phone number to call in the event of any issues but when we did call it we were asked to message them? This meant the conversations were via WhatsApp for some reason The Air conditioning needed a 'Kiosk Code' which we never had?

The beds are extremely extremely extremely firm and cheap. So much that they are quite uncomfortable. Honestly the worst beds I've ever had to sleep on. 2nd night I removed the foam bed from the pullout sofa and laid it on top of one of the twin beds. Was awkward but managed to make it work. Wife stayed on the hard king bed by herself and was in pain all stay. Would not stay there again for that reason alone. Next the hottub cannot be used/heated after 11pm. This was not disclosed anywhere prior to renting and as a result was useless for using late. Also the temp was 34° Celsius/93° Fahrenheit which is ridiculously low. Watch out for the AC too. If you leave the AC on cool while you go out expecting it to be cold when you return... it won't be and our first night suffered because of this. The host did remove that setting from the AC control so it didn't happen again. If the outside temps are really hot the AC may be insufficient. A couple other minor negatives but not deal breakers.
