We arrived at the room and apparently everything seemed very clean, but then we saw stains on the sheets, the bathroom was clogged and the water barely ran down when we were taking a shower, the glass in the shower was broken, causing all the water from the shower to go outside, the kitchen was always closed, which made life difficult for me with a child there because I wanted to use it to heat up her food, the ceiling in the bathroom was very moldy, as I said, the hotel has everything to be perfect but it seems like they don't take care of it as they should.

“It was really dirty and no change after complains.”

The sheets, the pillow cases and the towels were really dirt. We complined by phone call and messages and they did not replied, meaning that they reanimed dirty. There was no trash can and no spare roll paper.

The room was reasonably clean, and collecting the key was easy thanks to the self-check-in system. The cleaning lady was very kind and helpful.

To be improved

There was a persistent unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom upon arrival, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially with young children. Despite mentioning it early on, the host was very slow to respond and didn’t follow up. I was also not informed in advance that the kitchen was not functioning, which forced me to rely on expensive takeout options throughout the stay. Additionally, I received a message just a few minutes after check-out time asking me to leave immediately because the maid was waiting, despite my efforts to leave the room in a timely and respectful manner.

It was dirty,there was not kitchen and when I asked about it they said it was being refurbished which they could tell us before and I wouldn’t book it because in the pictures they posted there was a kitchen. One door of the shower was missing which was so uncomfortable while you were having a shower so all the water went all over the floor,no enough plugs and the door’s locks were not in good condition. The WiFi signal was not even working.Additionally there was too much noise in the night time from the other rooms. I had an emergency and I called to the number they provided and no one answered .😒 I would not recommend this place,so disappointing.👎🏻
