“Nice apartment in good location”
Close to train station, cafes, restaurants and tourist stops. Elevator to second floor
“Great location, needs some love.”
The location was perfect for exploring the old town. Lots of good restaurants and bars very close.
The check on process, we were left waiting outside the building in the rain for half an hour waiting for someone to let us in. Kitchen could be better equipped, no chopping knife, only 2 mismatched wine glasses. The bed kept collapsing on us. The bathroom could do with an update, hot water only just warm enough for a shower. TV remote had dead batteries.

“Great decor”
The place is very stylish and light-filled. It has a full kitchen. I could have moved in permanently. The location was great. We were just off the plaza of the ayuntamiento.
The unit lacked any pans to use for the oven. No bake wear.
“Not a better deal in Cadiz, we will be back!”
This was an amazing place to stay in central Cadiz. It was out first time visiting and we wanted to stay in the old town, but not too central that is was unbelievably expensive. This apartment is really nicely laid out, has multiple bedrooms, little terraces with a view down to the plaza and Ayuntamiento building. It also has most kitchen amenities you will need for a short stay, and the bathroom was quite nice. The location is really amazing, you are directly next to a really busy plaza and at the far-end of the centro so you can avoid the busiest (most annoying) crowds, but still walk everywhere in the old town. If you get tired of all the chicharrones y jamon (at Casa Manteca), check out Puerta del Eden for some salad and falafel :) OH, and it is pet-friendly!!
The check-in procedure is a little strange, and it helps if you have a Spanish phone number/Whatsapp and can contact them before you arrive, and when you arrive at the apartment. If you have a rental car (like us) you will not want to follow directions directly to the location, as the streets are really small, crowded, and generally walking-only (also many one-ways). We parked (illegally) just a little bit up the street (at the corner of Sopranis and Santo Domingo), dropped off luggage and then parked at Canalejas garage (€15/night).
