“Avoid this apartment. Plenty of better options in a great estate”

Arrived late and was met with keys. Development is great as is the golf course. Apartment is modernly furnished and equipped. But there were too many negatives below…

To be improved

What the owners fail to mention in their advert is the apartment is 25M from a building site with overhead crane. The site was (incredibly) loud with noisy workmen, digging, pneumatic machinery and Lorrie’s picking up and dropping equipment from before 9 until after 5. This made the balcony and pool area unusable for the duration of our stay. I challenged the owner on this to be told “it’s normally very quiet”. We were also charged an extra €50 for electricity after our stay with no mention of this in the listing. On top of the fact it appears this apartment was burgled on a previous guest’s stay, I’d suggest you look to stay elsewhere at Las Colinas and give this apartment a swerve.

“A wonderful place”

The apartment is beautiful. Las Colinas is a special place. Meeting Annik on entry and exit made it very straightforward.

To be improved

The parking space was a little tight. However our car was quite large.
