Mannix Urban Apartments

The property was very clean, the service was exceptional. It was placed in a very good location, near the beach and also near some good bars and restaurants. The receptionists were very friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend it.

Mannix apartments are very centrally situated, near to beach, promenade, Santa Catalina Park, shops, cafes & restaurants. The aquarium (Poema del Mar)and the Elder science and technology museum are within walking distance. There is also a laundrette just across the road from the apartments. The apartment we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. There was always someone available at reception and the staff are all very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Apartments at the front of the building have a small balcony, just enough for 2 chairs and a small table. The street below the balcony is busy during the day but was quiet during the night. There was always plenty of hot water for a shower and water pressure was good. Regular housekeeping, 5 days out of 7. The kitchen area is on the small side but has everything you need to make a simple meal. A safety deposit box is available for €10 per week and these are located in an area close to the reception area.

Daniel, the manager, was very kind to accommodate my needs for working. Everything worked fine: quiet hotel, good Wi-Fi, good mattress, shower with good pressure, well furnished kitchen. Lastly, the cleaning kit for the dishes.
