Overall positive experiences with recommendations to return.
The location is very close to the center, making it highly convenient for guests.
Guests consistently remarked on the cleanliness and modern decor.
Hosts were noted to be attentive and receptive to guest needs.
The terrace and multiple bathrooms were appreciated, contributing positively to the guests' experience.
Rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, though some issues with water heating were noted.
“Enjoyable stay overall.”
Rooftop views. Clean. Two bathrooms. Air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen. Responsive team.
No lift and 60 steps to climb with luggage. Immediate vicinity of graffiti and vagrants. Ensuite shower not draining very well. Rotten egg smell in kitchen. Nowhere to hang towels to dry in bathrooms.
“Spacious, modern, clean, central with a perfect romantic view (and garage next door)”
The apartment is spacious, clean and furnished with taste with modern furniture and appliances. A large balcony with extremely lovely view over the rooftops and churches is its main feature (which unfortunately we could not utilise more due to cold weather). Location is perfect, 10mins walk from central area (20 from main attractions) but at the same time peaceful residential area, safe to walk through even during night hours. Having a garage next door is very convenient in a central area where there are no parking spaces available (and the parking space and access are normal size, compared to most Spanish urban properties).
The only thing that we missed are the kitchen towels (or paper rolls), as well as main condiments (salt, sugar, oil) which would be nice to have on arrival in order to use the (otherwise very modern and clean) kitchen.
“Spectacular view from balcony. But watch out for the stairs, tiny beds, and the parking option.”
The apartment actually has a better view from the roof terrace than you can see from the picture. 180-degree view of all the landmarks in Granada, even Alhambra is visible. It's really beautiful during the morning breakfast as well as the starry night. The view is over the rooftops and it's relaxing. I would say the rooftop terrace is the reason I rate this apartment 7.5 out of 10. The living room with kitchen is comfy as well, especially during the day when you move all the blinds away from the window. The room gets spacious and lively. In general, everything is clean, newly renovated, and comfy. There are some important nuances you need to know before you pick this place for your stay. - I would say this apartment is rather for a young couple, without a car, who staying in Granada for a couple of nights to explore Alhambra. Then it's perfect. - I would not recommend the apartment for a family with children, with an SUV car, with lots of luggage, or elderly people.
Funny, when we arrived, I felt that I wouldn't give this place more than 5 out of 10. And here's the reasons why: 1. It's on the top floor. No elevator. Taking all the luggage and grocery bags on top is pretty healthy. Well, we're young couple, it's fine. But older ladies, watch out. 2. The parking is for IQ over 120. I guess I qualify. But it's super complicated and very very very narrow. So, if you're not too confident driver, don't even try to park in the garage. And good luck finding a parking spot on a street. 3. Beds in both bedrooms are rather for very small people, 150-160. And for a Scandinavian type of guy (186 cm) and my wife (175 cm), it was a struggle. We didn't really sleep for 2 nights. Other 5 nights, we just adopted somehow. It's true, what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger. And eventually, people adopt with anything :)
“Bang for the buck”
The apartment in general. The beds, the shower, and the balcony. The location and there's a garage next door.
“We enjoyed our stay. Views from balcony were amazing with sunset. Lack of elivator taking stairs to 4 floor were bit cha”
Location was great, walking distance from mist activities in center
There was continuous bad smell in the kitchen/livingroom. Bed are bit small for 2 persons (friends) sleeping next to eachother .
“Very good”
The biggest advantage of the apartment - terrace with the city view, it is simply perfect. Design of the apartment is done in Nordics style, 2 bathrooms/toilets, coffee/tea available, located in the city center, air conditioner covers the whole apartment
1. All the time we had issues with the main door lock, last time we spent 5 mins trying to enter the building 2. No correct Wi-Fi info was provided and customer service was not able to help quickly 3. All windows are shadowed as the view is to the neighbours walls 4. District is strange, it is in the city center though quite many homeless/drunk people walk around all the time 5. No direct access from the parking to the building, you need to go outside and then enter the building through the main door 6. Bed in one of the bedrooms is quite short for 182 cm man 7. The biggest minus: No elevator and the 4th floor! We were struggling with 2 large suitcases
