“Great value, especially for longer stays”
The best

Nice flat, about 12 minutes from the old town or the bars in the direction of Tribuna de Los Pobres, in a residential area. Very convenient buses that take you to the centre or near the beach. Even though there's 4 rooms, in the month I stayed there, I rarely ran into another person although I could occasionally hear them coming and going. Kitchen has everything you need. Sandra, who manages the property was extremely responsive. The Reebok gym is a 4 minute walk. The carrefour and dio grocery stores are both a few minutes away.

To be improved

If you're staying longer term and intend to work from the flat, you'll want the room with the street view and AC. If you're here for a few days, then the rooms facing the inner terrace / courtyard thing is fine.

I spend two nights in Manrique Rooms and I enjoyed the time. The owner was helpful and the apartament had all the necessary equipments. Good location:)
