The apartment was on the ground floor, hence a little bit dark in the kitchen - living room area during afternoons and could be chilly too. Nevertheless, the ACs were great help to heat up the rooms quickly. We didn't spend much time there, but as the pool and the jacuzzi weren't the cleanest, we left them untouched in the end. Our last accommodation in Andalucia on our road trip and lamentably the poorest welcome package (not even 1-2 bottle cold water in the fridge).

Unfortunately, in this period it was too hot for more sight seeing activities.

It is important to note that this is an apartment, not a villa. It is the first floor of a house and comprises an open kitchen/ living room and three double bedrooms. There is another apartment on the ground floor. This arrangement means that both pool and hot tub are shared facilities.The headline description on the website, does not make this clear and repeatedly uses the term "holiday home" which implied to us that we would have the facility to ourselves. The detail that this is a shared accommodation and the cash deposit are under the "Fine Print" section which I'd recommend you check on all properties on Booking.Com after this experience.

In the house there are 2 apartments which can be rented independently meaning shared pool and recreational area around the house, which was not stated directly in a house description. I had believed we were renting a whole house which turned out not to be the case, and there were a second family occupying the apartment on the ground floor as well. None of the fresh food or drinks was offered by the host, even a bottle of water. This is not a must, but a common practise among the hosts. Assuming that we drove all night to the house and reached it at 7 am, it would be nice to be welcomed at least with the bottle of water. There was far too much chlorine in the jacuzzi and a bit too much in the pool (kids got skin allergy after intensive bathing all day long).
